Incoservice: Graphical schedules in web module for improved efficiency and greater comfort.The Web module of Incoservice, the after-sales-service management and maintenance solution, has been equipped with a graphical schedule "Gantt" which allows to plan the tasks and interventions of the technicians.
It brings an additional comfort and an efficiency to the staff of the hotline who can immediately view the allocations.
The planner can interact diagrammatically on the schedule to allocate the interventions to the technicians. The slide / move function is also available for flexibility in modifications.
