Incovar training days.

Strasbourg, November 28th to 30th - Incotec organized a training session on its time management software: Incovar. Initiated in 2005, this training has gathered clients from various business sectors. The reasoning behind this training is opening a dialogue in order to establish client relationships based on sharing and trust.

Incotec trainers presented new features for the first time and also gave further explanations on how to use the software. The whole team remained available in order to answer all questions from clients. During these three days, clients from all over France were given the opportunity to express their expectations, their needs but also their improvement ideas. Exchanging respective point of views allows Incotec to better refine the quality of Incovar, in order to improve even more clients’ satisfaction.

Last but not least, in a lighter note, participants enjoyed the convivial atmosphere of Strasbourg during the end-of-year season: they visited the Christmas market as well as the picturesque area called “Petite France”. Finally, they had a chance to taste delicious Alsatian gastronomy. An ideal environment to further discuss.
